Key Research, a market research company engaged by the Otago Regional Council, is currently conducting a telephone survey  in Alexandra, Arrowtown, Milton, and Mosgiel so we can understand how residents choose and use their home heating source, and why they make those particular choices.

The research company is phoning householders in the evenings and asking them to work through a questionnaire.

We would like to emphasise that this is a bona fide survey being conducted for legitimate purposes.
