These reports provide a monthly overview of how the Environmental Delivery group is performing against its key levels of service.
We track the progress across a range of regulatory and operational activities, including compliance monitoring, consent application processing, incident response, as well as consent audit inspections.
Our summaries aim to offer a clear and consistent view of our performance, highlight areas of focus or improvement, and support transparency and accountability in the delivery of our environmental responsibilities. These are also provided to councillors at council meetings.
