The Otago Regional Council is responsible for the public transport networks in Otago and runs bus services in both Dunedin and Queenstown. These bus services are split into routes which are outlined in Appendix 4 of the Regional Public Transport Plan which can be found our website via the following link. The routes are each put out to tender separately but the contract conditions, expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are broadly the same across all routes. Included below is a copy of the contract terms for each route as well as a copy of the KPIs that apply to Units 1-7. The KPIs for the remaining two contracts are included within the contract conditions.
