Following advice from a number of submitters, Council has now included the following submissions which were inadvertently omitted when this page first went live. The submissions are:

It has been drawn to Council’s attention that one submission was incorrectly summarised in the Summary of Decisions Requested. It is the submission by Ravensdown Ltd (FPI017.005) concerning LF-VM-02.

Council has prepared a Corrigendum which is now available for viewing.

The period for making further submissions on this submission point only has been extended to 5.00pm on Wednesday 8 February 2023.

It has been drawn to Council’s attention that another submission was incorrectly summarised in the Summary of Decisions Requested. It is the submission by the Fuel Companies (Z Energy Ltd, BP Oil NZ Ltd, and Mobil Oil NZ Ltd) (FPI034.002) concerning LF-FW-P7.

Council has prepared a Corrigendum which is now available for viewing.

The period for making further submissions on this submission point only has been extended to 5:00pm on Thursday 16 February 2023.

Further, it has been brought to Council’s attention that there are errors in two of the Addresses for Service. These have now been amended and it is required that any further submissions regarding Waterfall Park Developments Limited (FPI028) or Beef + Lamb NZ and Deer Industry New Zealand (FPI025) primary submissions be served on these submitters at the amended email address.
