The RPTP is a strategic document that guides the planning and delivery of public transport services and infrastructure in Otago. It sets out the vision, objectives, and policies for our public transport system for the next 10 years. The plan also considers how we manage recent government changes to our operating environment.

You can read the draft plan and make a submission on it at orc.govt.nz/rptp.

Hard copies will also be available for viewing at ORC offices as well as district and city councils and libraries.

Submissions close on Friday, 2 May.

Hearings will be held in the week starting 12 May 2025.
