Proposal to Incorporate Material by Reference

The Otago Regional Council gives public notice that material which is proposed to be incorporated by reference in the proposed Otago Land and Water Regional Plan is available:

• for purchase or public inspection until Friday, 13 September 2024, at the Otago Regional Council offices at:
  • Philip Laing House Level 2, 144 Rattray Street, Dunedin
    Open Monday to Friday: 8am to 4.30pm
  • Alta House, Level 1, Terrace Junction, 1092 Frankton Road, Queenstown
    Open Monday to Friday: 8am to 1pm; 2pm to 4pm.

Comments on the proposal to incorporate the material by reference may be made in writing by any person.
The closing date for comments to be made is 5pm on Friday, 13 September 2024.
