The attached letter from ORC Chief Executive Sarah Gardner to Councillors confirms receipt of their request for a special meeting of Council for the purpose of removing from the office of Chair, the Hon Marian Hobbs.
The Extraordinary Meeting of the Otago Regional Council will be convened on Wednesday 8 July 2020, at 9 a.m. at the Council Chamber, Philip Laing House, Dunedin.
