In accordance with section 13(2) of the Otago Regional Council (Kuriwao Endowment Lands) Act 1994, the Otago Regional Council gives notice that on 22 July 2020 in the Council Chamber, Level 2, Philip Laing House, 144 Rattray Street, Dunedin, the Otago Regional Council will consider a resolution for the sale of the following land pursuant to that Act:
1. 623 Slopedown Road, Clinton – Legal description: Sections 1-7 Survey Office Plan 300167.
2. 495 Slopedown Road, Clinton – Legal description: Sections 3-4, 10-11, 14, 17, 19 and 25-26 Block VII Kuriwao Survey District and
Sections 5-6 Block XII Kuriwao Survey District.
