The Otago Regional Council has approved Plan Change 3C (Waiwera catchment minimum flow) and resolved to make the change operative from 1 March 2016.

This plan change establishes a minimum flow and water allocation regime for the Waiwera catchment.

Plan Change 3C (Waiwera catchment minimum flow) is available on Otago Regional Council’s website here and can be viewed at public libraries throughout Otago.
