Can I get my rates emailed to me?

Prefer your rates to be sent by email? No problem.

Many people prefer to receive their rates bills electronically. If you'd like to receive your rates invoices and other communication by email, or you need to change your email details, please complete an Email My Rates Request Form.

You can apply to have your rates emailed to you online via our property search. To find the online forms, go to property search first (there will be a list of available online forms after submitting a search). If you own the property with one or more people, you will need to choose multiple owner. If you are the sole owner of your property, please choose sole owner

You can also download and print a copy of this form and fill it out, if you prefer. If you are completing a printed form please return to our rates team either by a scanned copy attached to an email to rates.queries@orc.govt.nz, or post at Otago Regional Council, Private Bag 1954, Dunedin 9054.

 

Note: We are not able to email rates accounts without the email application form being completed.
