The IWG workshop will be held on Tuesday, 18 March from 11am-2pm at the Ōwaka Community Centre.

You need to register your attendance to the IWG workshop.

The workshop will consist of:

• A short presentation covering:
  • The latest IWG research findings
  • Current legislation regarding IWG (what has changed)
  • IWG Management Plan overview
  • Risk identification in IWG paddocks
  • Overview and selection of IWG good management practices.
• A Q&A session
• An opportunity to get assistance from ORC staff to complete or update your IWG Management Plan.

We recommend that you bring the following to an IWG workshop:

1. Your existing IWG management plan
2. Whole farm map(s)
3. Aerial imagery of your IWG paddocks for winter 2025

Our catchments team will help ensure that you leave the workshop with all the updated information you need to know to give you peace of mind for the upcoming winter grazing season.
