South Dunedin future drop-in session (Nations Church)

Tuesday 8 April 2025

10 am - 4 pm

Venue: Nations Church, 334 King Edward Street

The South Dunedin Future programme has shared reports on climate risks and possible solutions. There are seven options to explore, and we’d love to hear your thoughts! Come along to the first drop-in session at Nations Church.

The Dunedin community can find out more and have a say on the seven possible futures identified to meet South Dunedin’s flooding challenges at one of the community events in April and May.

The joint Dunedin City Council - Otago Regional Council South Dunedin Future programme has released two reports which analyse the risks facing the low-lying area and options for responding to them. The reports are key building blocks for making a long-term climate adaptation plan.

Come along to a drop-in session to find out more about the seven possible futures for South Dunedin. These sessions are informal—just drop in when it suits you, ask questions, and share your thoughts.
