The purpose of this report is to update the Committee on the performance of its Public Transport (bus and ferry) and Total Mobility services for Quarters 1, 2, and 3 of the 2023/24 financial year (1 July 2023 to 30 March 2024) and to present a review of customer feedback for the same period.
