The Environmental Science and Policy Committee meeting includes updates on air quality activities, such as black carbon monitoring in Arrowtown, PM10 monitoring in Alexandra, and a sulphur dioxide pilot study at Port Otago. The agenda also covers the 2023 Annual Air Quality Report and State of the Environment air quality monitoring results. Representatives from the Strath Taieri Irrigation Group will speak in the Public Forum.
