The Otago Regional Council meeting covers the Upper Lakes Integrated Catchment Management Programme appointment, adoption of the Draft Otago Southland RLTP 2021–31, updates on the South Dunedin Future Programme and Efficiency Review, and the 2024/25 Remuneration Authority Determination. Simon Upton will present on the Going with the Grain report.

10.1 Upper Lakes Integrated Catchment Management Programme Appointment

To provide an update to Council on the progress of the Integrated Catchment Management (ICM) Programme in the Upper Lakes, including:

  • Nominating a Councillor for the group
  • Endorsing the community’s preference for the scope (boundary) of the Catchment Action Plan (CAP)
  • Proposed members to be appointed to the Upper Lakes Integrated Catchment Group (ICG)
  • Proposed Terms of Reference for the Upper Lakes ICG

10.2 Adoption of Draft Otago Southland Regional Land Transport Plan 2021-2031
