Breeding and feeding area for a number of species, including Paradise Shelduck (Tadorna variegata), shoveller and Grey Duck (Anas superciliosa), Grey Teal (Anas gracilis), Pied Stilt (Himantopus himantopus), Black Swan (Cygnus atratus) and Spur-winged Plover (Vanellus miles novaehollandiae). 1
