Future opportunities and challenges for Otago were front of mind for Otago Regional Council in preparing the Long-Term Plan for 2024-34.
The community plays a key part in developing this plan – feedback and ideas helped councillors to identify what the community wants, and this informs decision making.
Decisions based on consideration from public submissions were made, and the LTP came into effect on 1 July 2024.
